അലസത അകറ്റാം, ആത്മവിശ്വാസം ഉയർത്താം

ഓ, ഒരു മൂഡില്ല. ഇന്നു വേണ്ട നാളെയാകട്ടെ. വല്ലാത്ത ക്ഷീണം അൽപം കൂടി കിടക്കട്ടെ. എന്തൊരു മഴ ഇന്നിനി വേണ്ട.
ആലോചിച്ചിട്ട് ഒരു പിടിയും കിട്ടുന്നില്ല, ഇതു മുഴുവൻ ഞാനെങ്ങനെ ചെയ്തു തീർക്കും. നാളെത്തൊട്ടാകട്ടെ ചെയ്തു തുടങ്ങാം..

ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങളുടെ വഴിയിൽ തടസ്സം സൃഷ്ടിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് അലസത പിടി മുറുക്കുമ്പോൾ മനസ്സിലേക്കെത്തുന്ന ചിന്തകളാണിവ. ജീവിതത്തിൽ അത്യാവശമായി ചെയ്തുതീർക്കേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങളുളളപ്പോൾ അതുമാറ്റിവച്ചിട്ട് നിസാരമായ കാര്യങ്ങളുടെ പിന്നാലെ ഇത്തരക്കാർ നീങ്ങും. ടിവിയും ഫോണും വാട്ട്സ് ആപ്പും ഫെയ്സ് ബുക്കുമെല്ലാം അലസതയുടെ ആധിക്യം കൂട്ടും. അത്യാവശമായി ചെയ്യേണ്ട കാര്യത്തിനായി തയാറെടുക്കുമ്പോഴായിരിക്കും വെറുതെ ഫെയ്സ് ബുക്ക് ഒന്നുനോക്കാൻ തോന്നുന്നത്. അതോടെ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുടെ പോസ്റ്റുകളും കമന്റുകളും ലൈക്കുകളും നോക്കി സമയം പാഴാക്കുന്നു. ദിവസവും മണിക്കൂറുകളോളം ഇങ്ങനെ സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയായിൽ കഴിയുമ്പോൾ ചെയ്യേണ്ട പല കാര്യങ്ങളും പാതിവഴിയി ലാകുന്നു. അതോടെ ചെയ്തു തീർക്കേണ്ടവ തീർത്തില്ലല്ലോയെന്ന ചിന്ത മനസ്സിൽ നിറയുമ്പോൾ ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ അത് ഉത്കണ്ഠയ്ക്കും കാരണമാവുന്നു. ഒപ്പം സമാനസാഹചര്യത്തിലുളളവർ മികച്ച നേട്ടങ്ങൾ കൈവരിക്കുമ്പോൾ അലസത മൂലം എത്തിപ്പെടാവുന്ന നേട്ടങ്ങൾ അകലുകയും ചെയ്യും. ഇത് മറ്റുളളവരോട് അസൂയ ഉണ്ടാക്കുകയും സ്വയം അപകർഷതാബോധവും ആത്മവിശ്വാസക്കുറവും സൃഷ്ടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.

തുടർച്ചയായ ജോലിയും മറ്റും ചെയ്ത് ക്ഷീണിച്ചശേഷം അൽപസമയം അലസമായി ഇരിക്കുന്നത് പോസിറ്റീവായ കാര്യമാണ്. ശരീരത്തിനും മനസ്സിനും അത് കൂടുതൽ ഊർജം പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യും. എന്നാൽ രാവിലെ എഴുന്നേൽക്കുമ്പോൾ മുതൽ രാത്രി കിടക്കുന്നതുവരെ ക്രിയാത്മകമായി ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാതെ ടിവിയുടെ മുമ്പിലും സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയായിലും ചാറ്റിങ്ങിലും ഫോണിലും മറ്റുമായി സമയം ചെലവഴിക്കുമ്പോൾ അത് പ്രായത്തിൽ യൗവ്വനമായവരെപ്പോലും വാർധക്യം നിറഞ്ഞ മനസ്സിലേക്ക് നയിക്കുന്നു. അലസന്റെ മനസ്സ് പിശാചിന്റെ പണിപ്പുരയാണെന്ന് പറയാറുണ്ട്. രാവിലെ വൈകി എഴുന്നേൽക്കും. എഴുന്നേറ്റാലുടൻ ആദ്യം സ്മാർട്ട് ഫോണെടുത്ത് ഫെയ്സ് ബുക്കും വാട്ട്സ് ആപ്പും ചെക്ക് ചെയ്യും. താമസിച്ച് പ്രഭാത കൃത്യങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യും. ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാൻ പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് സമയമൊന്നുമില്ല. കുറേനേരെ ടിവിയുടെ മുമ്പിലിരിക്കും. പത്രം വന്നാൽ പിന്നെ അതുമായി കുറേസമയം. ഭക്ഷണം കഴിച്ചാൽ ഒന്നുകിടക്കണമെന്ന് തോന്നും. വീണ്ടും വിശ്രമം. മണിക്കൂറുകൾ കഴിഞ്ഞാവും എഴുന്നേൽക്കുക. എഴുന്നേറ്റാൽ വീണ്ടും ഭക്ഷണം. ചിലപ്പോൾ പുറത്തേക്ക് ഒന്നുപോയെന്നിരിക്കും. വീണ്ടും ടിവി, സോഷ്യൽ മീഡിയ. ഒടുവിൽ രാത്രി വൈകി ഉറക്കം അലസത മുഖമുദ്രയാക്കിയ ചിലരുടെ ജീവിതചര്യയാണിത്. അലസതയ്ക്ക് പ്രായഭേദമൊന്നുമില്ല. വിദ്യാർഥി മുതൽ റിട്ടയർ ചെയ്തവരുടെ വരെ ജീവിതത്തിൽ അവരെ ഇതുപിടിമുറുക്കുന്നു.

പറമ്പിൽ അത്യാവശം റബർ ഉളളതുകൊണ്ട് വരുമാനത്തിന് മുട്ടില്ല. കാര്യമായ പരിചരണം റബറിന് ആവശ്യമില്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് രാവിലെ റബർ വെട്ടിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പിന്നെ ഫ്രീയാണ്. അതോടെ അൽപം രാഷ്ട്രീയം, പിന്നെ കാര്യമായി ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാനില്ലാതെ വീട്ടിൽ. വളരെനാൾ വിദേശത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്തതാണ്. നാട്ടിലെത്തി ബാങ്കിൽ പണം ഫിക്സ്ഡ് ഡിപ്പോസിറ്റ് ഇട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. അതിന്റെ പലിശ നല്ലൊരു തുക മാസം കിട്ടും. അതോടെ അതും വാങ്ങി ജീവിതം. റിട്ടയർമെന്റിനുശേഷം വൊളന്ററി റിട്ടയർമെന്റ് എടുത്തതിന്ശേഷം കെട്ടിട വാടകയും മറ്റുമായി അത്യാവശം വരുമാനമുളളപ്പോൾ, ജോലിക്കായി കാത്തിരിക്കുന്ന കാലം, പഠനകാലയളവിൽ, ജോലിക്കിടെ……ഒക്കെ അലസത പലരിലും വേര് പടർത്തുന്നു.

കാരണം പലതാണെങ്കിലും അലസത ഒരാളുടെ മനസ്സിന്റെ ശക്തിയെ കാർന്നുതിന്നുന്നു. നിഷേധാത്മക വികാരങ്ങളായ അസൂയ, അസഹിഷ്ണുത, അകാരണമായ ദേഷ്യം, തുടങ്ങിയവ ഒരാളിൽ സൃഷ്ടിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതിനും ചെയ്യുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ ആത്മവിശ്വാസം കുറയുന്നതിനും അലസത ഇടയാക്കുന്നു. അലസരായവർ സ്വയം വിലമതിക്കുകയില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഇത്തരക്കാർക്ക് ആത്മാഭിമാനം കുറവായിരിക്കും. എന്തിനേയും ഏതിനേയും ഇത്തരക്കാർ വിമർശിക്കും. താൻ ആഗ്രഹിച്ച ജീവിതമല്ല ഇപ്പോൾ നയിക്കുന്നതെന്ന ചിന്ത ഇത്തരക്കാരിൽ ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ വരുന്നതിനാൽ മറ്റുളളവരുമായി സ്വയം താരതമ്യപ്പെടുത്തി അവരുടെ ഒപ്പം താൻ എത്തിയില്ലല്ലോയെന്ന ചിന്ത എപ്പോഴും കൊണ്ടു നടക്കും. ഇത് ആത്മവിശ്വാസം കുറയ്ക്കാൻ ഒരു കാരണമാണ്. പലപ്പോഴും പൊതുപരിപാടികളിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ ഇത്തരക്കാർ വിമുഖത കാണിക്കാറുണ്ട്. മറ്റുളളവരെ അഭിമുഖീകരിക്കാനുളള താൽപര്യക്കുറവാണ് കാരണം. ഒരൽപം ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചാൽ ജീവിതത്തിലെ ഏതു കാലഘട്ടത്തിലും അവസ്ഥയിലും അലസത മാറ്റി ജീവിതത്തെ ക്രിയാമ്തകമാക്കി മാറ്റാൻ സാധിക്കും. ക്രിയാത്മക ജീവിതത്തിൽ സന്തോഷവും സംതൃപ്തിയും ഐശ്വര്യവും ഉയർച്ചയും ഉണ്ടാകും. അതിനുളള വഴികൾ.

1. ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ കാണുക ജീവിതത്തിൽ വ്യക്തമായ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ കാണുക. കുടുംബ ജീവിതം, ജോലി, ബിസിനസ്, ശാരീരിക– മാനസിക ആരോഗ്യം, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളുടെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയിലൊക്കെ വ്യക്തമായ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ മനസ്സിൽ കാണുക. ആ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ നേടിയെടുക്കുന്നതിന് സമയം നിശ്ചയിക്കുക. ഒരു ഡയറിയിൽ കുറിച്ചിട്ട് ഓരോന്നായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കുക.

5. നേട്ടങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് ചിന്തിക്കുക നിങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യാൻ പോകുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടുളള തടസ്സങ്ങളെയും ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകളേയും കുറിച്ച് ചിന്തിക്കാതെ, ലക്ഷ്യം നേടിയെടുത്താലുണ്ടാകുന്ന നേട്ടങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് ചിന്തിക്കുക. ഇത് മനസ്സ് ലക്ഷ്യത്തിലുറപ്പിക്കാനും അലസത മാറ്റി പ്രവർത്തിക്കാനും സഹായിക്കും.
